The SXP50G Pellets Grain Packing Machine is a 0.75 kW food-grade stainless steel solution designed for granular material packaging in food processing applications.
Application Scope
The SXP50G Machine Unit Line consists of a main weighing machine, 3-meter belt conveyor, and automatic sewing machine. This complete system is ideal for packaging PP woven bags with granular materials including rice, wheat, paddy, fertilizer, feed, and other granular substances. Suitable for quantitative packaging in cereals, chemical, light manufacturing, and foodstuffs industries.
Working Principles
This quantitative packaging weighing unit is specifically engineered for granular materials and small particles with good fluidity and minimal dust. Feeding occurs through pneumatic arc door or vibration mechanisms. When the preset weight value is reached, the bag clamper automatically opens, and the bag is conveyed away (with automatic sealing). The pneumatic curved door or vibrating feeder is controlled by sensor feedback signals, with material graded into the weighing bucket or packaging bag. Feeding stops automatically when the target weight is achieved.
